Rachel McFarland
Rachel joined LAJC in 2015 as a Georgetown Partner Fellow. During her time as LAJC, she has worked in both the Immigrant Advocacy Program and the Economic Justice Program on housing and employment matters and now focuses on employment matters for immigrant workers on our farmworker team. Rachel is also our senior litigation attorney, working on cross-programmatic impact litigation matters. She received her B.A. from the University of Richmond and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she received a Certificate in Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies. During law school, Rachel was a summer intern in the Legal Aid Justice Center’s Falls Church office.
