Andrea Massey

Andrea Massey joined LAJC as Director of Finance in the fall of 2024.  Prior to joining LAJC, she spent seven years with International Rescue Committee as the Sr. Finance Manager for the Richmond and Charlottsville VA offices.  She has 20+ years of accounting and finance experience in public accounting and private industry including with publicly traded and private equity owned organizations.  She is a graduate of Virginia Tech. 

Andrea is excited to join LAJC and lend her expertise to its mission.  She has been involved in the Charlottesville community in the fight for racial and housing justice working with Charlottesville Low-Income Housing Coalition (CLIHC) and the Public Housing Association of Residents (PHAR) towards those goals.
